Kovalam, Kerala - A Slideshow

I love clicking photographs, but one thing I don't do much is take video. Somehow I have never felt too comfortable, & most of my cameras are good for stills primarily. So I have not ever had much to put on Vimeo. But when I was looking through some of the photographs from out trip to Kovalam in May this year, I wanted an easy way to share them with people on my blog & with the people who aren't my blog readers too. So I harnessed the power of my MacBook Pro (I love my Mac!) & made this photo slideshow... complete with summery music. There are quite a lot of photos packed in (106 to be exact).

So do tell me what you think... I'm not going to write about the holidays I have already been on, but I have a decent amount of photographs & I am planning to make slideshows on Goa & Bangkok too.

Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport Reviewed!

Just two days ago I got to spend a day at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport.

Travelling Stickers

I saw this a while ago at a stationery/novelty items store near college. It was so cute that I picked it up at once! A few days later I went & bought another pack for my sweet penpal.

These aren't ordinary stickers, they scrap booking supplies. They aren't flat & actually made of layers. They give me wanderlust!!

A New Adventure

So, I'm at it again, starting another blog. I like travel. I get to do it twice a year at least; and even if it's the same familiar destination, I like to try and find something new & fun to do.
And I already avidly blog at Life etc. so why another blog? Well, after my last holiday to Kovalam, I actually had quite a lot to say about the place. But then I felt that it wouldn't be right to post it there. So I've started this blog, exclusively for my travel stories.
And since I don't travel that much, it might not be active all the time. But I hope I can do justice to this blog. And I also hope that the stuff I post here might be useful to someone, somewhere.
